KL Tower Serviced Residences

That was the month of June when I and P have a mini vacation in one of our favorite places within Metro Manila - Makati City! It was one of our random and spontaneous getaways within the city and of course, to have a relaxing weekend in a hotel that we also considered as our second home - KL Tower Serviced Residences (KL stands for Kalaw-Ledesma).

Honestly, I've been frequent at this hotel because most of my friends celebrated their special events such birthdays and anniversaries at this hotel. Well, KL Tower Serviced Residences are definitely a good choice because of its strategic location. Specifically, it is standing tall at 117 Gamboa St., Legaspi Village, Makati City - just across Legazpi Park. By walking for a few meters away, you will reach Greenbelt and Glorietta shopping malls where you can do shopping or indulging on sumptuous dishes offered by numerous restaurants within the vicinity. On Sunday morning, you may also visit the famous Legazpi Sunday market, opens from 7:00 AM until 2:00 PM, where you can buy lots of stuff, foods, and souvenirs.

Meanwhile, let me share with you guys our staycation experience. The staffs were really accommodating and well-mannered. They always made sure that guests were treated fairly and nicely while wearing their beautiful smile all throughout. Of course, greetings had been always present. After checking-in and paying for security deposit, the receptionist handed our magnetic key cards for our Loft-Type Room. It was great to know that they see to it that the rooms look the same in terms of interior design. It was neat, chic and modern. Definitely a hip and trendy best fit for travelers, couples and families because the loft-type room is measured at 70 square meters, a perfect space to pamper yourself on a comfort living even for a night wherein rate starts at PHP 4,800.00.

What I liked the most about KL Tower Serviced Residences is that, they have a sauna. You read it right, sauna, perfect to relax after doing your exercise routine in their fitness center. Well, one always has an option to use the indoor swimming pool for maximum relaxation. For those who have kids, the children’s playground is perfect for them.

We got a snooze and woke up precisely in time to get the outstanding panorama of the city wearing their colorful lightings. It was quaint view that we couldn’t help but captured more photos. A very good moment indeed.

Wakey-Wakey sleepy heads! Gee… had to break the bond between our comfortable and lenient queen-sized bed with big soft pillows to get ready for our much-awaited breakfast at the Kitchen 1B which is located at the right side of the lobby. Kitchen 1B is a spacious restaurant with a stylish and tranquil ambiance. It offers a wide range of menu, from Filipino to Western dishes. Our breakfast comes with salad and fruits and we can choose if we want coffee or juice and how you want your egg to be cooked. We ordered the bacon and tapa flakes, well, who can say no with bacon, right? Tapa flakes was the best - you have to try it, it’s a must! It was flavorful and yummy. Undeniably, it will boost your appetite.

Oh, how we wish vacation slash staycation would never end as it is always a hard time to leave. Nevertheless, it was a great experience worth to be shared and remembered.
